These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the batjille platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and batjille ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are required to immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.
batjille reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms apply to all users of batjille, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform without a registered account, and any individual accessing the platform through a third-party device or shared connection. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of batjille is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

batjille takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We employ automated and manual age verification processes, and all players are required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification — providing a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport — before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Account Registration
To access the full range of betting and gaming features on batjille, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must not use false, misleading, or third-party identity information when creating your account. batjille reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated system to log into your account. batjille will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify batjille immediately via the live chat function or by emailing support@batjille. batjille will temporarily suspend your account and investigate the matter as a priority.
3.3 Accurate Information Obligation
Any material changes to your registered information — including a change of mobile number, email address, or residential address — must be communicated to batjille promptly by updating your account profile or contacting the support team. batjille is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information on your account.
3.4 Duplicate Accounts
Each individual is entitled to hold only one account on batjille. If our systems detect duplicate registrations from the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, NID, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended. Bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. A single surviving account may be reinstated at our discretion following a satisfactory review.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
batjille accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The platform does not accept foreign currency transactions, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in your account's deposit/withdrawal section at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit on batjille is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. batjille reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment, with or without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via approved mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your batjille balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business hours to reflect. batjille is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network disruptions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by batjille within a target timeframe of 5–15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance windows may experience delays. batjille reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large withdrawal requests before processing.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. If a withdrawal request is submitted before KYC is complete, the request will be placed on hold until all required documents are provided and approved.
4.6 Player Funds
Player funds deposited into batjille accounts are held in accounts segregated from the company's operational capital. This segregation is maintained to ensure that player balances are protected and accessible for withdrawal at all times, independent of the company's operational financial status.

5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited without compensation.
5.2 One Bonus Per Player
Each promotional offer on batjille is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts or through any other circumvention method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account suspension.
5.3 Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses issued by batjille carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance with no right of reinstatement.
5.4 batjille's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions
batjille reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already received and partially wagered a bonus, batjille will use reasonable efforts to honour the bonus up to the point of cancellation, at its sole discretion.
5.5 General Bonus Conditions
Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Cash bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus conditions in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
User Obligations
As a registered user of batjille, you agree to use the platform exclusively for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to comply at all times with these Terms and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
- Fraudulent Activity: You must not use stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to create or operate an account or to make deposits or withdrawals.
- Collusion: You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on batjille. Any detected collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- Exploit Abuse: You must not exploit any technical error, bug, or glitch in the platform to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through system errors are not valid and will be voided.
- Money Laundering: You must not use batjille for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. batjille complies with anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
- Automated Betting Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Account Sharing: You must not allow any third party to access or use your batjille account under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.
- Abusive Conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward batjille staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
Violation of any of the obligations set out in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate corrective action by batjille, up to and including permanent account closure and full forfeiture of account balances.

Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your batjille account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@batjille. Upon receiving a verified closure request, batjille will process the closure within one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and provided no pending withdrawal restrictions are in place.
7.2 Involuntary Suspension
batjille reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other players.
During a suspension investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access will be restored promptly. If a breach is confirmed, batjille may permanently close the account and, where applicable, forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Any player who wishes to stop gambling may activate self-exclusion from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully elapsed. Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to register a new account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
7.4 Effect of Closure on Bonuses
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — all unused bonus funds and any bonus winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Only verified real-money balances that are free of bonus conditions are eligible for refund at the time of closure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, batjille, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if batjille has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
batjille makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we invest continuously in platform stability and security, batjille cannot guarantee that service will be available at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or force majeure events).
In no event shall batjille's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to your batjille account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit batjille's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
By using batjille, you acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risk, that past game results do not guarantee or predict future outcomes, and that you are solely responsible for your own wagering decisions. batjille is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.
